Tracy PattonPatton Home Solutions is an owner-led remodeling and home-repair company based in West Valley City. Started by Tracy Patton, we're built on a simple idea: do it right the first time, and leave it cleaner than you found it.
Tracy grew up in West Jordan and has spent his life working with his hands. Before opening his own shop, he spent years in precision metal fabrication and remodeling. When he's not fixing a neighbor's drywall or updating a bathroom, you'll probably find him in his own garage rebuilding old cars from the frame up.
That background in fabrication and automotive restoration means everything he does—from structural repairs to finish paint—is handled with a craftsman's eye for detail. We don't do mystery pricing, and we don't leave half-finished punch lists behind.

Our field team handles preparation, installation, repair, finish work, and cleanup with the project scope in view. When licensed specialty trades are needed, we identify that early and coordinate the appropriate professionals.
License, insurance, and warranty
Project scope: We confirm the work, applicable permit requirements, and any specialty-trade coordination before scheduling.
Trade coordination: When a project requires regulated electrical or plumbing work, we identify the properly licensed professional responsible for that portion.
Workmanship: Warranty terms depend on the scope and written agreement. We review applicable workmanship coverage at closeout; manufacturer warranties apply to products according to their own terms. No warranty is implied beyond the written project terms.
