For kitchen remodels, the largest cost drivers are cabinet quality, countertop material, and appliance selection. For bathrooms, tile selection, fixture quality, and whether you relocate plumbing determine the budget.
We manage the full project sequence — design decisions, demolition, rough-in work, finishes, and final cleanup — and coordinate with subs when specialized trades like countertop fabrication, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC service are needed.

For complete home remodeling, we look at how the scopes connect: kitchen and bathroom work, flooring transitions, lighting, paint, doors, trim, storage, basement spaces, and the sequence that keeps the home usable. A phased plan can make an entire house renovation more manageable while keeping the finished result cohesive.
If your project involves structural changes, significant electrical or plumbing work, HVAC, gas, or other regulated work, we identify permit questions and coordinate the appropriate licensed professionals before construction begins.
05 · Patton standard
Kitchen refreshes are the most common remodel we handle. These typically involve new countertops, sink and faucet upgrades, cabinet refacing or replacement, backsplash tile, and fresh paint. A full kitchen remodel takes 4-8 weeks depending on scope.
Bathroom remodels range from quick fixture swaps to full gut renovations. A bathroom refresh with new vanity, toilet, lighting, and paint can be completed in 1-2 weeks. A full gut remodel with new tile, shower, and relocated plumbing takes 3-6 weeks.
