A better project starts with a better plan
Stop staring at those unfinished projects. We handle the doors, the trim, and the drywall patches that have been bugging you for months.
We focus on durable fixes and clean job sites so you can finally check "done" on your home repair list.
Quick answer
The right scope depends on the condition of the home, the outcome you want, the materials and finish level, and any regulated work hidden behind the visible project. Patton reviews those details first, then turns them into a practical plan and clear written estimate.
Patton field insight
Most project problems start before the final finish is installed. Existing conditions, rushed preparation, unclear responsibility, or missing coordination can create rework and surprise costs. Our approach is to define the scope early, communicate what is known and unknown, and keep the jobsite organized through the final walkthrough.

Great remodeling isn’t spontaneous. It’s carefully designed and professionally executed. And this is how we nail it every time.
We begin with the existing kitchen, listen to what is not working, and define the backsplash, flooring, and finish improvements that will make the space work better.
We prepare the surfaces, plan the tile layout, coordinate the material details, and shape the work sequence before installation begins.
The work moves from demolition and preparation into tile installation, flooring updates, and the careful finish work that brings the kitchen together.
We review the finished backsplash and flooring with you, confirm the details are complete, and leave you with a cleaner, brighter kitchen ready for everyday life.
The Patton project standard

Separate required work from options, identify trade or permit questions, and document assumptions.

Review the finished work, address the agreed punch list, and leave you with a clear closeout.

Online averages can be useful for early research, but they cannot see the home. These are the details we review before treating an estimate as a real project number.

Every visit starts with a walkthrough so we understand your full list and can prioritize by urgency and complexity. We confirm the scope before any work begins, so there are no surprises when the invoice arrives.
For punch-list work, we tackle items in an order that minimizes disruption: quick fixes first, then more involved repairs. We clean each area before moving to the next and do a final walkthrough before wrapping up.
Most single-task visits take 1-2 hours. A full punch list of 5-10 items typically takes a half-day. We quote flat rates for common repairs and hourly bundles for open-ended punch lists.

Most of our weekly calls fall into a few repeat categories: drywall damage from everyday life, doors that stick or latch poorly, and fixtures that have worn out after years of use. These are quick, predictable repairs that we can often complete in a single visit.
We also get regular requests for TV mounting, furniture assembly, window screen repair, and gutter maintenance. If it saves you time and the work is within our skill set, we can usually bundle it with your primary repair.
Our handyman service is designed for homeowners who want practical, no-nonsense help with their to-do list. We do not upsell unnecessary work or push services you do not need.
