Toilet Repair and Replacement Details
Most toilet issues are caused by worn internal components that are inexpensive and easy to replace. A continuously running toilet is usually a flapper that no longer seals properly. A weak flush is often caused by a clogged rim feed or a faulty fill valve. We carry standard replacement parts for all major toilet brands.
If the toilet tank is cracked or the bowl is porous and stained beyond cleaning, replacement is the better option. Modern toilets use 1.28 gallons per flush compared to older models that used 3.5+ GPF. The water savings from replacing a pre-1994 toilet typically pays for the new toilet within two years.
We also handle toilet flange repair and replacement. A broken or corroded flange is a common cause of toilet leaks at the floor level. Replacing the flange requires pulling the toilet, cutting out the old flange, and installing a new one with proper height and seal.
